Katie is a young talented artist who draws in her audience with her sweet soulful voice and lyrics well beyond her years Katie has frequented many local venues in the towns of Saugerties, Woodstock and Kingston. She has delighted audiences at several music festivals around the region and has even taken on the stage at the legendary Bearsville Theater.

August 25 — White-line wood block printing — one of my own favorite media (the others being watercolor, origami and nature photography).  I will carve the blocks at home so the kids will not use the very sharp gouges that the medium requires.  The kids will learn the printing part of the technique, which uses brushes and watercolor and absorbent papers.
